Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Cyclones Fall Hockey

Once registered, all players are subject to a non-refundable Registration Fee. If you request a refund before the first day of tryouts, you will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. This applies to all programs (CSDHL, NWHL, CUHL, and Girls). Once tryouts have begun, the Registration Fee is non-refundable, even if the player does not participate in tryouts. After team selections have been made, families will receive a team Offer via email. Once a team Offer has been accepted, all Season Fees become non-refundable. If you choose not to accept a team Offer, you will not be responsible for any Season Fees. However, the Registration Fee remains non-refundable once tryouts have begun. No refunds will be issued for Season Fees after a team Offer has been accepted.

Cyclones Prep

Completed on-ice sessions are non-refundable. Any prepaid, unused sessions will be issued as a prorated refund.

Summer Coach's Skates

No refund once registered

Director's Skates

No Refunds offered once registered.

Girls Drop in Skates Summer 26

No refund once registered for the skate.

Edge Goaltending Camps

No refund offered once registered
