Cyclones Prep
Is your child ready for the transition into Cyclones Hockey? Our Cyclones Prep Program is the perfect place to begin!
Based on the USA Hockey American Development Model (ADM), this skills development program focuses on enhancing skating, stick handling, and teamwork through station-based skill drills, small area games, and fun Jamboree games.
This program is recommended ages 5 to 9 years old. Anyone outside of that age range would need a free evaluation by the director to enter the program. It is recommended that any player has completed a learn to skate program, hockey 1 program or equivalent.
Flexibility
The complete Cyclones Prep season includes 45 practices, divided into three 15-practice sessions.
Full Season — 45 Practices
Commit to the full season and choose either:
- $1,800 paid in full
- 6 monthly payments of $300
Individual Sessions — 15 Practices
Not ready to commit to all 45 practices? Families can register for any individual 15-practice session for $600.
- Session 1: 9/11 - 10/30
- Session 2: 11/1 - 1/8
- Session 3: 1/10 - 3/7
Join Anytime
Cyclones Prep offers rolling enrollment throughout the season.
New families should start by registering for a free trial. After you register, a Cyclones coach will reach out and invite your player to an upcoming practice.
After the trial, if you'd like to continue, you can choose whichever option works best for your family:
- Join for the remainder of the full season, or
- Join for the remainder of the current 15-practice session
If you join after a session has already started, your registration will be prorated based on the number of practices remaining.
There is no need to wait for the next season or session to get started.
