Apparel Policy

Parents/Guardians are responsible for ordering Game Day Apparel (jerseys, socks, shells, warm-ups, and polos) through a separate online shop with JOG—only if needed. Please review the Game Day Apparel requirements by division below.

Order Deadline:

July 17, 2025 – To guarantee delivery by the second week of September, orders must be placed by this date.

IMPORTANT: Orders placed after July 17 are not guaranteed to arrive by the start of the season.

MITE (excluding Prep), SQUIRT, and PEEWEE Players

• Home and Away Game Jerseys
• Home and Away Game Socks (optional for goalies)
• Pants (dark blue or black)
• Shells (optional for Mites and goalies)
• Warm-up Jacket and Jogger Pants
• Helmet (dark blue or black)
• Gloves (dark blue, black, or custom CCM navy/gold gloves) 

BANTAM Players

• Home and Away Game Jerseys
• Home and Away Game Socks (optional for goalies)
• Shells (optional for goalies)
• Pants (dark blue or black)
• Helmet (dark blue or black)
• Gloves (dark blue, black, or custom CCM navy/gold gloves) 
• Cyclones Nitro Polo (required for all games)
• Cyclones T-Shirt and Shorts (for off-ice training and pre-game warm-ups)

MIDGET Players

• Home and Away Game Jerseys
• Home and Away Game Socks (optional for goalies)
• Shells (optional for goalies)
• Pants (dark blue or black)
• Helmet (dark blue or black)
• Gloves (dark blue, black, or custom CCM navy/gold gloves) 
• Cyclones Nitro Polo (required for all games)
• Cyclones T-Shirt and Shorts (for off-ice training and pre-game warm-ups)

Note: The Nitro Polo, T-Shirt, Shorts, jerseys, socks, and shells can all be ordered from the same JOG website.

All players must attend a sizing session to ensure proper fit for jerseys, shells, and warm-ups—even if you don’t plan to order Game Day Apparel. Sizing is also needed to issue practice jerseys.

• Bring: Shoulder pads and hockey pants
• Personalization:
• Jerseys include player last name and assigned number
• Warm-ups, shorts, and T-shirts include jersey number only
• Refunds: No refunds will be issued for personalized items unless your player does not make a Cyclones team.

Sizing Dates:

• Monday, June 23 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday June 24 from 5:00pm-8:00pm 
• Monday, July 14 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday July 15 from 5:00pm-8:00pm

Due to limited availability, new players may submit up to three preferred jersey numbers. If we are able to accommodate one of your requested numbers, we will. If not, a number will be assigned at random from the available pool.

• Even birth years must request even numbers
• Odd birth years must request odd numbers

Returning players will generally retain their jersey number from the previous season. Number change requests will not be accepted. Returning players may enter their existing Cyclones number when ordering apparel, but the Cyclones Amateur Hockey Association reserves the right to make final number assignments in accordance with our jersey numbering policy.

Note for New Fall Cyclones Players:

If you do not yet have an assigned jersey number, please enter ‘0’ when ordering Game Day or additional apparel on the website. The Cyclones Apparel Team will confirm your assigned number with the vendor before production begins.

• Attending a sizing session does not register your player for the fall season.
• You are responsible for placing your apparel order through the JOG online store.
