Refund Policy

Once registered, all players are subject to a non-refundable Registration Fee.

Refund Eligibility

Before Tryouts Begin

If you request a refund before the first day of tryouts, you will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. This applies to all programs (CSDHL, NWHL, CUHL, and Girls).

After Tryouts Begin

Once tryouts have begun, the Registration Fee is non-refundable, even if the player does not participate in tryouts.

After Accepting a Team Offer

After team selections have been made, families will receive a team Offer via email.

Once a team Offer has been accepted, all Season Fees become non-refundable.

If you choose not to accept a team Offer, you will not be responsible for any Season Fees. However, the Registration Fee remains non-refundable once tryouts have begun.

No refunds will be issued for Season Fees after a team Offer has been accepted.
