PROGRAMS AND CLINICS - FALL, SPRING, SUMMER

A. Fall 2005 – 2006 Defensemen Clinics — We are proud to offer the first weekly development clinic for defensemen starting this fall. There are a number of opportunities for players to attend power skating and goalie clinics in the fall, however, learning how to master the position of defense and instilling proper defensive techniques is very much overlooked.

Playing defense takes skill, intelligence, courage, and pride. It is the first line of offense and the last line of defense. Defensemen are the most important link in the chain that ultimately make or break team success.

The goal of this program is to instill proper defensive skills such as angling, passing, shooting, skating and 1 on 1 tactics needed to truly excel at the position.

If a future in hockey is truly your passion, if you have a desire to be “great” and not just “good”, then this is where you need to be.

The program is held in 3 sessions; Sept-Oct, Nov-Dec, Jan-Feb. The cost is $100 per session or $250 for all three. From 8:30 - 9:20pm Friday Nights at the Fox Valley Ice Arena.

This camp is restricted to elite level players at the Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget, Junior and College level. It is 8 weeks long, from July to August. It involves both on and off ice training each day, Monday through Friday. Partnered with Champion Sports and Brian Dempsey (Elite Goalie Instructor), the on ice and off ice training program is unlike anything else on the planet. With group sizes limited to 10 to 12 skaters, we guaranteed personalized training and results. This clinic has been sold out for the past two years so we added another two groups. We have 4 groups in total, the first two are completely booked with last year's participants, the other two already has a waiting list. Cost is $350 per week — players must commit to all 8 weeks — this is for serious athletes that want serious results.
