The Cyclones Amateur Hockey Association are proud to offer an Open Board Meeting policy. There will be limited time reserved at the beginning of the meetings to allow the membership to present questions/comments/concerns to the Cyclones Board of Directors. A requirement to present is that you register through the Cyclones website in advance so that you can be placed on the agenda and your question/comments can be reviewed in advance.
The Cyclones reserve the right to limit the number of speakers and length of time for presentations to ensure that monthly meetings can be conducted in a timely manner.

To register a topic/question that you'd like to present to the Cyclones Board of Directors at an Open Board Meeting, click here. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 3 days, please email Club Secretary Maria Frano directly at email@example.com.
