Each month, the Cyclones Board of Directors meets to discuss a variety of topics and issues affecting our organization. Our club Secretary, Jeff Heise, is responsible for keeping the minutes from each of the meetings for publication to the Board, staff and its membership.

Board meeting minutes are reviewed and approved during the following month's board meeting and will be posted within a week of approval as a means to keep our members informed of the ongoing efforts of our Board.
